Our Journey

From a small team with a bold idea to a trusted global partner.

2021 – Present

We expanded into the eDiscovery space, adding advanced litigation technology capabilities that diversified our service portfolio. With continued innovation and strategic growth, Aeren today leads from the front in global legal offshoring and litigation support.

2016 – 2020

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we focused on being a stable partner for our clients. We expanded our support offerings with dedicated paralegal services, helping legal teams stay on track, adapt quickly, and move forward with confidence.

2011 – 2015

As our client base grew, so did we. We earned our first ISO certification, a testament to our focus on quality and data security. To support our growing team and services, we moved to a purpose-built 1.5-acre campus at Chandigarh IT Park, with more than 1,500 workstations. Obtaining our second ISO certification during this transition added to our commitment to secure, reliable, and scalable legal outsourcing.

2006 – 2010

Aeren LPO was founded with a simple dream: to rethink how legal services could be delivered across borders. It was founded by Raman Aggarwal and a small team of five experienced legal professionals; the intention was to make smarter, more reliable legal services available. Through the early years, we built relationships and trust with global clients with a 95% retention rate – a demonstration of the trusted partnerships we created and continued quality we provided.
