Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Profile:

· We are looking out for young & dynamic individuals who aspire to make a career in a fast-moving environment.

· We are looking for Managers who focus on face-to-face sales presentations as they provide our clients an opportunity to know us & can bring value addition to their respective business.

· To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on a daily basis.

· To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.

· This position allows you to build new clients for the organization, build rapport and trust in both yourself and the company. Our top sales professionals are passionate and driven in order to produce top results, all the while maintaining integrity.

· To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate upselling opportunities for the company products and services.

· Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements and handle the team.

· Individual contributor and responsible to drive sales, can lead a team as well.

· Outbound Lead generation through highly targeted cold calling and email campaigns with the help of a team or on his own.

· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport, arranging meetings on zoom and google meet.

· First to last level interaction with clients including online product presentations and demos.

· Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.

· Closing the deals, sending them Business Proposals, service agreements and other necessary documents.

· Managing the client after the deal is closed.

· Keeping proper coordination with the accounting team, handling client queries and maintaining client satisfaction.

· Managing CRM – Setting up CRM as per company’s sales flow, creating workflows and automation in the CRM, creating auto-responder campaigns and reporting.

· Email Marketing through platforms like Benchmark Email & Mail Chimp – Conceptualization & creation of Newsletter content, Coordination with UI team for the design, Execution & reporting.

· Strategizing business growth and increasing revenue.
