The full oral Letters, Memorandums Calls, Pleadings, Summaries, Medical Reports and Court Hearings Transcripts recorded on Dictaphone stored in a compressed format are transferred via data communication lines such as email.

Establishing the criteria for quality review and the method for its execution requires cautious planning and input. There are areas that can be deliberated independently within a transcribed document.

• The recordings are decompressed using tools saved.
• Review is done if the audio file workable?
• By using special playback tools that allows minute control over voice play and key in the commentary using word- processing software the transcriber´s listen to these voice recordings.
• The files done by transcriber are more than 95% accurate.
• File is Quality checked by Quality Check team at two levels to give 99% accuracy to client.
